About Websycamoreway Mining Review

Registered assessors of Scrypt-capable mining equipment

Websycamoreway Mining Review is the registered trading name of Sycamore Hardware Assessment Co., Ltd., established in 2019 in Mapo-gu, Seoul. We formed after several of our founders — former co-location technicians — noticed a gap between manufacturer spec sheets and what Scrypt rigs actually delivered once installed in Korean climate conditions.

Our Beginning

In 2019, a batch of imported Scrypt ASIC units arrived at a Gangnam co-location with advertised hashrates that held for roughly six hours before thermal throttling set in. The operators who bought them had no local bench facility to document the decline. We rented a small workshop near Demo-ro, wired up metered PDUs and temperature probes, and published our first independent assessment report. Word spread through altcoin mining forums in Korean, and within a year we incorporated as Sycamore Hardware Assessment Co., Ltd., operating publicly as Websycamoreway Mining Review.

What We Do Today

We remain focused on a narrow scope: mining equipment with a computing power of 0.05 GH/s or higher that runs Scrypt-based altcoin algorithms. Our team conducts bench tests, on-site farm walk-throughs, and hashboard diagnostics. We do not sell hardware, operate mining pools, or manage client wallets. Every report stands on measured data — watt-per-megahash figures, share rejection rates, board-level thermal images — not affiliate commissions.

Our Team

Kim Soo-yeon leads bench operations. She spent four years maintaining ASIC fleets at a Busan co-location before joining us in 2020. Park Min-jae handles on-site farm audits across the Seoul metropolitan area. Han Ye-rin writes our field notes and maintains the hashrate reference tables. All three hold electrical safety certifications relevant to high-draw mining installations in South Korea.

Working With Clients

Most clients come to us before a purchase — they want a neutral third party to run a candidate unit through a 24-hour stress cycle. Others call us when an existing rig underperforms and they need a hashboard inspection to decide between repair and replacement. We treat every engagement as a documented consultation: you receive a written report with photographs, raw sensor logs, and plain-language recommendations. We answer follow-up questions by email for thirty days after delivery.

Values We Hold

Accuracy over speed. We will not rush a bench test to meet a seller’s shipping deadline if it means skipping the overnight thermal cycle. Transparency in our methods — we explain exactly which firmware version, pool endpoint, and ambient temperature we used. Respect for your operational security; we never ask for wallet keys or pool payout addresses.

Our office at Office 10, 37 Demo-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul 00000 welcomes scheduled drop-offs of single units for assessment. Larger farm audits happen at your site.
